  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
